First unread post to be shown automatically without clicking

I'd like to automatically be directed to the First Unread post when clicking on a topic instead of needing to click on the button 'First Unread'.
I'm more and more reading Internet forums on my Sony e-reader (due to frequent eye-strain issues with other monitors), and this would speed up the reading quite dramatically. E-readers are typically not fast nor have big screens (1 Ghz processor, 6" screen in my case) and for every additional click there's typically several seconds of waiting time for fetching and rendering the content.
How do others see this?

I'm not sure if that is easy to do, but I could take a look. There are many places on the site where one can click to end up on a forum thread. Is there a certain page that you usually use to reach the forum threads? I could take a look at those pages and see if those views could be updated.

My habit is to click on Unread and then open one post at a time until the list is empty :-)
And yes, I'm reading (at least glancing through) every new post. This forum is great, there's close to nil BS and people are respecting each other and in addition I'm learning new things almost daily.

I've looked through the settings and don't see a way to do that easily. I'll ask someone who might know an alternate method.
